Bottomless Labs is a conversion rate optimization agency helping eCommerce brands grow profitably through strategic website optimization. The Junior CRO Strategist will support the execution of high-performing landing page tests and collaborate with the Senior Strategist to turn insights into actionable briefs and copy.
Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Strategist in planning and executing CRO tests across landing pages
- Help conduct and organize research (customer insights, competitor scans, behavior data, performance data)
- Write clear, structured creative briefs that translate strategy into execution for design + dev
- Assist with wireframes and page structure planning to communicate strategy clearly
- Draft and refine conversion-focused landing page copy aligned with test goals
- Support post-launch reporting and retrospective analysis to identify:
- What worked
- What didn’t
- What to improve or test next
- Help keep client communication organized by supporting updates, feedback collection, and asset requests (in collaboration with the PM + Senior Strategist)
- Act as the main day-to-day contact with clients
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in CRO or paid media buying or creative strategy for ads/landing pages, or direct response digital marketing
- A strong understanding of CRO (testing, learning loops, and measurable outcomes — not just 'design feedback')
- Comfort working across funnel stages and paid traffic environments
- Strong written communication (you can write briefs and copy that are clear and actionable)
- Working knowledge of Figma (navigating files, giving feedback, supporting handoffs)
- Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, or similar
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with follow-through
- Experience with Replo or other landing page builders
