Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer information within timed deadlines, maintaining a minimum keystroke rate of 6000 KPH.
- Facilitate the auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents to ensure data integrity.
- Interface and coordinate with operations, customer services, and account management teams to ensure seamless data flow.
- Escalate any serious operational issues to the Data Entry Team Leader in a timely manner.
- Perform duties deemed necessary by blithequark management to support the team's objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, including Sarbanes-Oxley, Health and Safety, and ISO standards, as well as blithequark policies and procedures.
- Process client information from transmittal sheets and boxes, inputting data onto SKP or DCS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Verify customer records using the system and resolve any discrepancies.
- Set up DCS screens and transmit data to customers as required.
- Research and resolve system data issues to ensure data quality and integrity.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
