Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, shipping, payments, refunds, and returns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues customers encounter while using Amazon's products and services.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers via chat, email, and phone.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to relevant departments for prompt resolution.
- Build rapport with customers and ensure their feedback is communicated to Amazon's management team.
- Adhere to Amazon's customer service policies and processes at all times.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
