- Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Documenting interactions and keeping customer records accurate and organized
- Expanding into additional responsibilities such as appointment scheduling and order taking as you gain experience and new skills
Skills
- Strong communication skills (you can explain things clearly and stay professional, even when it's challenging)
- The ability to handle multiple calls and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- A problem-solving mindset and genuine empathy for customer concerns
- Flexibility to work split shifts
- Customer service experience is helpful but not required
