We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business value through the use of statistical techniques to collect, assess, and interpret complex data. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop data collection tools to establish the most effective statistical methods for gathering, reviewing, and interpreting research data
- Apply statistical techniques to solve business and industry-specific problems
- Research issues and identify the data required to answer specific questions, recognizing trends and interrelations in data
- Plan, create, and maintain complex statistical databases, performing or supervising data entry
- Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns, connections, and issues, and prepare detailed reports for management and other departments
- Train the technical team on how to properly organize findings and read data gathered
- Develop surveys, questionnaires, and polls to collect vital information, and apply testing methods to accurately identify and define optimal categories to be addressed
- Assist in influencing business strategy through data-driven insights

Essential Qualifications:
- 7+ years of business insight and analysis experience
- 5+ years of delivering results managing a business intelligence or analysis team, including employee development and performance management expertise
- Experience with SQL, ETL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Quicksight, or similar
- Experience with R, Python, Weka, SAS, Matlab, or other statistical/AI programming languages
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience working with large data warehousing environments
- 10+ years of data warehouse technical architecture, data modeling, system components, ETL/ELT, and reporting/logical tools and environments, data structures, and hands-on SQL coding experience
