Responsibilities
• Draft and review wills, trusts, and estate planning documents
• Handle probate administration and related court filings
• Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including hearings and trials
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver timely, effective communication
Skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Florida
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in probate, estate planning, disputes and litigation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
