Job Overview: We are currently seeking full-time and part-time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team, with night shifts available. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and health assessments. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, educate residents and their families on health management and self-care techniques, and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
