Job Summary: We're seeking a Registered Nurse with a passion for home health care to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment. As a Home Health Care Specialist, you'll work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with an ASAP start date. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing high-quality patient care, developing individualized care plans, and educating patients and families on home care techniques and health management. Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care in patients' homes, including assessments, wound care, and medication administration Develop and manage individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary Educate patients and families on home care techniques and health management Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Travel Requirements: To qualify for travel rates, you must live at least 60 miles from the facility.
