As a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative at blithequark, you will be the cornerstone of support for healthcare providers, addressing their inquiries and concerns with empathy and expertise. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless interactions between providers and our organization, covering a broad spectrum of topics including benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, clinical authorizations, explanation of benefits, and behavioral health.
Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Service
- Serve as the primary advocate for providers, demonstrating accountability and ownership in resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Manage a multi-channel environment, handling both calls and concurrent chats with professionalism and poise.
- Triage contacts from healthcare professionals effectively, identifying their needs and providing accurate, timely responses.
- Research and resolve complex issues related to prior authorizations and claims, ensuring minimal escalations and provider dissatisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure issues are thoroughly addressed and communicated to providers in a timely manner.
- Navigate multiple systems to extract necessary information, leveraging your multitasking skills to resolve issues across various lines of business and provider types.

Essential Qualifications: The Foundation for Success
- A High School Diploma or GED, coupled with equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of analyzing and solving customer concerns.
- Proficiency in computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn new and complex systems.
- A typing speed of 35-40+ WPM with an accuracy of 90%.
- The ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week), with flexibility to work any 8-hour shift between 10:35 AM - 7:05 PM CST, Monday - Friday, and occasional overtime or weekends as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
