Requirements 5+ years of experience in Health & Safety, ideally with a background in production or entertainment. Technical health & safety qualifications and/or professional memberships (e.g, CSP, ASP, CIH, OSHM degree or equivalent). Strong judgment, calm under pressure, and skilled at navigating ambiguity and conflict. Clear communicator — you can translate safety language into something production teams and creatives understand and care about. Collaborative mindset — you like working with others to solve problems and create impact. Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
