They are seeking a detail-oriented Performance Reporting Specialist to manage operational activities related to performance reporting systems, deliver training, and troubleshoot issues.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for operational and service activities related to a third party performance reporting system, including troubleshooting issues, managing system activations/deactivations, and providing requested reports
- Deliver professional presentations and conduct both formal and informal training sessions via teleconference or occasional in-person meetings, including offsite presentations
- Perform system maintenance and manage administrative files, proactively identifying areas for system improvement
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of other company technology systems that interface with departmental systems to effectively troubleshoot inbound inquiries
