Follows up in accordance with procedures and policies with an overall goal of account resolution. • Abel to navigate various payer claim portals and understand payer functionality. • Interacting with others by effectively communicating both orally and in writing. • Operate computers and other office equipment, as well as various computer software’s. • See and read computer monitors and documents in English.
