Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Overnight Front Desk Manager to join our team at Workwarp. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for administering front office functions, supervising staff, and ensuring an efficient check-in and check-out process. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis
- Direct and work with managers and employees to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient check-in and check-out process
- Ensure guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department
- Maintain guest services and front desk goals, develop specific plans to prioritize and organize work, and handle complaints and resolve conflicts
- Supervise staffing levels, ensure regular communication with employees, and recognize performance to produce desired results
- Support the management of the front desk team, utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead and influence others, and demonstrate honesty and integrity
- Ensure exceptional customer service, provide services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention, and respond to and handle guest problems and complaints
- Manage projects and policies, implement the customer recognition/service program, and train staff on credit policies and procedures
- Support human resource activities, solicit employee feedback, and assist in the interviewing and hiring of employee team members
Candidate Profile:
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area
- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required
