The California Department of Justice is seeking an Office Technician to join the Office of Native American Affairs. This role involves performing clerical duties to support the office's procedures, handling communications, making travel arrangements, and assisting staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of difficult clerical duties to support ONAA’s procedures and protocols, including but not limited to handling written (electronic and/or hard copy communications) and telephonic complaints and inquiries
- Make travel arrangements, complete and submit travel and expense reimbursements, and maintain certain internal databases
- Provide assistance to all ONAA staff, internal and external partners to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities
Skills
- Ability to perform a variety of difficult clerical duties
- Experience handling written (electronic and/or hard copy communications) and telephonic complaints and inquiries
- Experience making travel arrangements
