Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to conduct patient assessments, medical histories, physical exams and develop a plan of care based on the source of pain and patient needs. Facilitating collaboration with members of the multidisciplinary team and other consulting services to provide comprehensive care for optimal patient outcomes. Participating in quality and safety initiatives and research. Providing consultation and education to staff members, patients and families as needed on pertinent topics 36 hours per week, less than 50% day/night rotation, 12 hour shifts, with every 4th weekend (Flexible schedule arrangements are possible for those who are seeking a set schedule and need to work less nights, weekends and or holidays) To qualify, you must have: A Master's Degree with current NP or PA license, BLS and PALS certification 3-5 years' experience in a pediatric setting, ideally with a pediatric intensive care background Excellent critical thinking and communication skills are required **Sign-on bonus of $4,500.00 for part-time (36 hours) APP hires (who have not worked at BCH in the past 2 years.)
