Responsibilities
- Perform legal secretarial duties in support of the West Covina Office’s legal team
- Ensure all legal documents are skillfully drafted, proofread, formatted, and filed/served in accordance with legal requirements and court deadlines
- Maintain internal databases and systems and organize voluminous case files complying with federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations, as well as office policies and practices
- Draft, review, and process office correspondence
- Maintain office calendars and process subpoenas and travel
