As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling high-volume client requests, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Work Outline
As a Call Center Representative at blithequark, you will be working under direct supervision and will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Performing information section and patient enrollment as per state and government guidelines
- Answering high-volume client requests and handling outsider oddballs
- Utilizing blithequark's solution information section strategies and rules processes new understanding enrollment by entering information into the proper framework
- Handling patient medicine demands within HIPAA rules and entering top-off orders for handling
- Investigating to get missing solution data, and deciphering clinical shortened forms (SIG codes)
- Settling all information section-related special cases
- Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settling outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation
- Settling Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as indicated by individual arrangement necessities
- Providing help to Drug specialists, both those in the office and those in different areas
- Recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as fitting
Essential Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities:
- High school certificate or GED
- Essential level PC abilities, including starting and closing the PC, using the mouse to point and snap, starting and closing projects, switching between programs, saving records, printing reports, and accessing data online
- Essential web search tools abilities, including opening a program, composing in URLs in the right area, using a web search tool, bookmarking a webpage, exploring using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online
- Middle-level keyboarding abilities, including typing at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing reports
- Ability to convey recorded as a hard copy and verbally
- Age 18 or older
Favored Capabilities
While not required, the following favored capabilities will make you a strong candidate for this role:
- No less than 1 year of pharmacy specialist experience in a retail or call center climate
- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy specialist with a testament/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or broadly perceived certificate office
- Experience giving client assistance to inward and outer clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for administrations, and assessment of consumer loyalty
- Halfway to cutting-edge level keyboarding abilities, including typing at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and designing archives
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
