Job Summary
We're seeking an entry-level vehicle service specialist to join our team as an Automotive Technician Trainee. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate customers' needs and perform preventative maintenance services, such as changing oil, checking and refilling fluids, rotating tires, testing and replacing batteries, inspecting and replacing lights and wipers.
- Work on a team to provide fast, easy, and trusted services to our guests.
- Master products, services, and company knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform 18-point safety checks to ensure vehicles are safe on the road.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Essential Qualifications
- Eagerness to learn and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
