Who We’re Looking For: • Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) with experience in individual therapy (Must hold an active license in the state of New Jersey) • Therapists who are empathetic, non-judgmental, and client-centered in their approach • Individuals who are comfortable with technology and have a passion for delivering therapy remotely via secure video or chat platforms • Therapists who have their own liability insurance (required) • Those who enjoy having a flexible schedule, want to work part-time or full-time, and are driven to support clients from a variety of backgrounds • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds. • A commitment to ethical practice and continuous improvement in therapeutic techniques What We Offer: • 100% Remote Work – Say goodbye to long commutes!
