* Submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement, minimizing financial losses and ensuring that our business is protected
* Building, managing, and reporting in-house maintenance labor, optimizing our operations and reducing costs
* Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboarding of accounting systems, ensuring that our financials are accurate and up-to-date
* Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management, building strong relationships with our partners and suppliers
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
* Proficient in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on multitasking and prioritization
* Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI, with a deep familiarity with ChatGPT
* Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones
* Ability to work part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed
