Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in the US
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi OR English and Bengali
- Experience working with a computer, with basic knowledge of software applications and technology
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (e.g., early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
- From a technical perspective, a minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
