Key Responsibilities:

• Service inbound calls while engaging and communicating with entrepreneurs and managers, learning about their needs, and recommending the right arenaflex products and services
• Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate proper product features, benefits, and different components of arenaflex's services
• Consistently enhance key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
• Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a prompt, organized, and client-centric environment

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
