**Job Summary**
As a Technical Lead Manager – Cybersecurity Operations and Threat Intelligence, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of our threat intelligence and digital protection services. You will lead a team of experts in CTI procedures and applications, working closely with clients to understand their security and functional requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. With a strong focus on client-facing work, you will be responsible for presenting complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences, driving business growth, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of cybersecurity experts in CTI procedures and applications, driving the development and implementation of threat intelligence and digital protection services
* Collaborate with clients to understand their security and functional requirements, developing tailored solutions to meet their needs
* Present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences, driving business growth and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our services
* Mentor and develop junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth
**Essential Qualifications**
* Proven experience in threat intelligence and digital protection, with a strong background in CTI procedures and applications
* Experience in managing and leading teams, with a track record of driving business growth and delivering high-quality results
* US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive innovation and excellence in our services
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional climate, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capabilities
* Understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and train new CTI colleagues
* Ability to correspond raw intelligence from sensors, incident response commitment, and other sources into reports and briefings
* Ability to present written or verbal information to technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, build strategies, and influence stakeholders
