Job Responsibilities

- Collaborating with Item Success, Record Management, and Suppliers to ensure successful delivery of market research projects, meeting ISO and global data handling standards
- Leading execution on daily requests for data analysis and manipulation of primary and secondary data to support Supplier and/or Internal requests
- Evaluating requests for data services and understanding the requirements of market research projects
- Preparing, planning, prioritizing, and communicating effectively to ensure expectations are met and delivered on time
- Validating datasets for logical consistency, reformatting, and updating datasets for downstream analysis
- Manipulating data into the right format for analysis purposes using Excel or SPSS (weighting and processing as necessary)
- Being a proactive team member who provides advice or ideas for improvements and automation, where necessary, to enhance overall efficiency and delivery
- Performing other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
- Developing and sharing best practices with stakeholders, across departments, to continuously improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our product offer and processes
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics)
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a retail or related industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing deadlines
