Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Engineering and Operations Excellence to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, operations management, or business administration.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs.
- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications

- A master's degree in a related field, such as engineering, operations management, or business administration.
- Experience with Cargowise or other global shipping platforms.
- Knowledge of digital transformation and automation technologies.
