About the Role
The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for leading the development of subscriber metrics and insights across blithequark's streaming portfolio. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure accurate delivery of subscriber change notifications, identifying subscribers impacted by episodes requiring remediation, and collaborating with incident management, Business Operations, and trade engineering teams to guarantee the integrity of subscriber balances.
Key Responsibilities
- Subscriber Metrics Management: Oversee the admission and archival data requirements connected with subscriber informing drives, including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data being gathered, as well as episode remediation.
- Query Development: Foster queries based on required business logic to determine accurate companions of subscribers for informing and remediation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Convey business requirements to technical groups and provide compact summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners.
- Subscriber Balance Analysis: Develop solid data on subscriber balances and the technical framework that underlies subscriber data.
- Project Planning and Delivery: Oversee project planning and schedules, and manage cross-functional delivery to ensure preparation for significant business events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of robust communication processes and operational playbooks.
- Reporting Solutions: Contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data incidents, in collaboration with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering.

Essential Qualifications
- Technical Skills: 2+ years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL handling pipeline
- Analytical Experience: 2+ years of analytical experience
- Communication Skills: Demonstrated insight with delivering technical or analytical concepts to a wide range of audiences
- Programming Languages: Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages
- Data Analysis Tools: Knowledge of data investigation and data perception apparatuses like Scene, Looker, Chartio, etc.
- Interpersonal Skills: Solid relational abilities, as well as written and verbal show abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the entertainment or streaming industry
