About the Role
As a Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in helping patients and their families navigate complex medical bills and providing them with personalized support to resolve their account balances. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a mandatory one-day in-office orientation at our Denver/Aurora Office for local residents. You will be expected to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm MST, with a weekly commitment of 40 hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize empathy, active listening, and excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain medical bills to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and questions in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide outstanding customer service, collaborating with patients over the phone to establish affordable payment plans and process payments.
- Leverage your computer proficiency, organization, and attention to detail to accurately document all calls and follow-ups in our software systems, ensuring seamless communication and follow-through.
