In this full-time remote position, you will be responsible for refining child support remittances in our State Disbursement Unit (SDU) system in accordance with standard operating procedures. As a key member of our team, you will also be tasked with performing various other duties as assigned, including data collection, analysis, coordination, and assessment. Your strong interpersonal skills, sensitivity, patience, and good behavior will enable you to work effectively with our team and provide excellent support to our clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a strong foundation in data entry and administration. You should be proficient in using computer software and technology, with excellent typing skills and attention to detail. Additionally, you will need to have a reliable and dedicated workspace with high-speed internet connectivity, as well as a strong ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
