Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Processing documents electronically, including scanning, indexing, and transmitting documents to clients * Making outbound calls to doctor's offices, as volume permits, to verify information and resolve issues * Processing claims, including reviewing and verifying data, and ensuring timely transmission to the next level * Receiving, processing, and ensuring document classification is completed and transmitted to clients * Receiving documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing * Sorting, imaging, and archiving documents, files, and other materials by form type * Identifying documents and their purpose, creating a database of information, and classifying documents based on contract requirements * Verifying data from automated data extraction tools to ensure accuracy and completeness * Ensuring transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level **Position Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
