Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a representative of one of the largest and most respected non-profit organizations, you will have the opportunity to deliver outstanding experiences to customers through various channels, including phone, email, SMS, and chat. Training and Shift Requirements

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be required to participate in comprehensive training programs, designed to enhance your skills and knowledge. Training will be conducted from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am – 7:00 pm ET. After completing training, full-time shifts will be assigned between the hours of 10:00 am – 8:00 pm ET.
