About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Regional Customer Success Manager to lead our EMEA region. This is a maternity cover position starting in November, with an initial contract duration of 9 months and a possible extension to 12 months. As a leader within our Customer Success team, you will develop and implement global processes and strategies on a regional level, managing your own book of brand accounts while mentoring and managing the EMEA team of Customer Success Managers.
