In this role, you will be an integral part of our IT team, focusing on data entry, analysis, and support for our revenue management and accounting, loyalty, data, analytics, and business intelligence groups. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in data entry, processing, and analysis to support business decisions and operational excellence
- Providing technical support for IT projects and operations in Atlanta, GA, or Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, test, and implement decision-support systems and software applications
- Utilizing various technologies, such as Java/JEE, JSON, Spring, Agile/DevOps delivery, API, JavaScript, C++, Python, REST, XML, web services, HTML, Oracle, and emerging mobile technologies
- Creating performance dashboards and service-level agreements with different products using data analysis
- Supporting the development, maintenance, enhancement, and support of our software applications and infrastructure environments
Essential Qualifications and Skills

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology, business administration)
- Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills
