**The Opportunity**
As a part-time Customer Service Representative Agent, you'll have the flexibility to participate in focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments from the comfort of your own home. With most of our paid focus group studies, you'll have the option to participate remotely online or in-person, allowing you to choose the format that suits you best. This is a great way to earn additional income and gain valuable experience in market research and customer insights.
**Compensation**
Our compensation package is designed to reward your participation and dedication. You can earn up to $750 per week, with rates ranging from $75 to $150 per hour for individual sessions and $300 to $750 for multi-session studies.
**Job Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
* Show up at least 10 minutes before the discussion start time to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
* Participate by completing written and oral instructions, and providing honest and thoughtful feedback
* Complete written surveys provided for each panel to help us better understand your opinions and preferences
* Use products and/or services provided, and be prepared to discuss your experiences prior to the meeting date
**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to:
* Have a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam to participate in remote sessions
* Have access to a high-speed internet connection to ensure seamless participation
* Be willing to fully participate in one or several of the topics we're exploring
* Have the ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* Not require prior customer service representative agent experience (we'll provide training and support to help you succeed)
