Key Responsibilities
As a Supervisor, Paid Social, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive paid social media strategies that align with our clients' marketing objectives and brand strategies
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the paid social media team, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
- Collaborating with our media planning and buying teams to ensure seamless integration of paid social media campaigns with other media channels
- Analyzing campaign performance data and providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, including regular communication, reporting, and strategic planning
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, platforms, and technologies in paid social media, and applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our campaigns
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or advertising
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in paid social media, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful campaigns
- Deep knowledge of paid social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and Pinterest
- Experience with paid social media advertising technologies, including ad servers, DSPs, and social media management platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in the entertainment industry, or a related field
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS, and experience with web development and design

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
