We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Teacher Developer to work with our novice teachers and support their growth and development. The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching and coaching, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to diversity and the closing of opportunity gaps. The New Teacher Developer will work closely with school administrators, other New Teacher Developers, and district staff to provide coaching, mentoring, and support to new teachers.
