Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Life Coach to join our team, specializing in working with male teens. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our founders to deliver exceptional results and help us scale our business. You will provide intensive support to your clients, guiding them towards achieving their goals and overcoming challenges. If you are passionate about empowering young minds and making a positive impact, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
As a Life Coach for Male Teens, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing intensive support: Work with 10-15 ongoing clients, providing personalized guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Coaching clients: Coach 25-40 clients per year, delivering high-quality coaching sessions and supporting them in their journey towards success.
- Parent coaching: Guide parents with weekly 20-minute Parent Coaching Calls, helping them support their children's growth and development.
- Collaboration and teamwork: Work closely with our founders to develop and refine our coaching process, offering suggestions for improvement and growth.
- Content creation: Create engaging TikTok and IG Reel content to spread our message and promote our services, helping us reach a wider audience.
- Client roster management: Help manage our client roster, ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining our 40-client cap per coach.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Life Coach certification: Hold a certification in Life Coaching, NLP, or Motivational Interviewing, with a strong foundation in coaching principles and practices.
- Experience working with teens and parents: Have experience working with teens, young adults, and parents, with a deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, parents, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Be able to work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline, while also being a team player who is collaborative and supportive.
- Familiarity with social media platforms: Have experience with social media platforms, including TikTok and IG Reel, with the ability to create engaging content and promote our services.
- Willingness to learn and adapt: Be open-minded and receptive to feedback and suggestions for improvement, with a willingness to learn and adapt to our innovative coaching process.
