About the Role
As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training products and e-learning courses using the Instructional System Design (ISD) process. Your expertise will enable us to craft compelling, interactive learning materials that cater to diverse audiences and needs. With a strong background in training analysis, design, development, and evaluation, you'll be the driving force behind creating innovative learning solutions that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and evaluate training products and e-learning courses using the ISD process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Research, design, and write instructional designs, documentation, and training materials that are clear, concise, and engaging.
- Integrate various technologies to enhance the design of course content and materials, incorporating instructional design principles and best practices.
- Guide curriculum design and strategies for adapting content to different delivery platforms, ensuring optimal pace, flow, and efficacy of learning transfer.
- Develop, review, and edit instructional materials and learning products, supporting integration of content and materials for delivery platforms.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop programs and training sessions that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
- Review, revise, edit, and develop training curricula using various instructional methods and practice exercises to ensure effective learning.
- Contribute to assessments of training needs, adapt delivery to participant needs, and utilize evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness and learner progress.
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (graduate degree preferred).
- Five or more years of experience in training analysis, design, development, and evaluation of virtual instructor-led and e-learning courses.
- Proficiency in various Adobe products, including InDesign, and Microsoft Suite.
- Familiarity with a variety of video-conferencing platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Working knowledge of web authoring tools like Articulate.
