The Role: Hi-Fi Audio Sales Live Chat Agent
As a Live Chat Agent at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers seeking real-time assistance. Your mission will be to provide exceptional service, expert advice, and personalized support to customers interested in purchasing or selling high-end audio equipment. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers, resolving issues, and scheduling follow-up appointments with our HiFi Guides and HiFi Buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via live chat to qualify those interested in purchasing or selling audio equipment, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Gather relevant information to accurately diagnose customer issues and work towards effective solutions, escalating when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Provide expert guidance on product features, compatibility, and performance to help customers make informed decisions and find the perfect Hi-Fi solution.
- Address basic customer service inquiries, such as order status, return policies, and shipping information, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Schedule follow-up appointments with HiFi Guides or relevant team members for qualified customers to ensure timely and effective follow-up.
- Accurately document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system, maintaining detailed and organized records to inform future customer engagements.
- Collaborate with HiFi Buyers and HiFi Guides to address customer needs and improve overall service, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Sales experience - face-to-face and over phone/email - with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Understanding of and professional experience with high-performance, 2-channel audio systems, including knowledge of product features, compatibility, and performance.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Customer service / de-escalation skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Computer proficiency, including experience with CRM systems and live chat software.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with HiFi Guides and HiFi Buyers to ensure seamless customer experiences, demonstrating a strong team-oriented mindset.
