Key Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and support to customers, ensuring that you can address their needs and concerns effectively.
- Documentation: Document all customer interactions in our CRM system accurately, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and easily accessible.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Business, Communication, or Customer Service) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting; experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
