Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media interactions for our clients. You will work independently, utilizing your problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and multi-tasking abilities to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer experiences, while also representing our clients' brands in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media interactions for our clients
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and multi-tasking abilities to resolve customer issues
- Navigate multiple computer programs and systems to access customer information and resolve issues
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services, as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and procedures
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Previous experience with computer systems, software, and technology
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Experience with social media platforms and live chat software
- Previous experience working from home or in a remote environment
- Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
