About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our Cloud Advertising Strategy and Analytics team. As a Cloud Advertising Strategy and Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights, developing and implementing strategic plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with our Cloud Advertising, Finance, and Outreach teams to develop and implement a comprehensive Public Area system and analysis framework.
- Monitor the performance of Public Area marketing business, develop forward-looking key perspectives with detailed analysis-based insights, and support key business decisions aligned with Cloud Advertising's overall strategy.
- Propose, direct, and outpour vital needs and adjust Public Area marketing budget to identify needs/project drives through yearly planning process.
- Support Public Area marketing's think back execution, recognize needs and changes required for impending month/quarter incorporating interlocks with other marketing capabilities and business.
- Influence Google Cloud Advertising (GCM) functional framework and oversee two-way communication of continuous critical thinking and functional requirements and work on the analysis-supported dynamic capacity and functional experience for advertisers.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Analytics.
- At least 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, marketing methodology, and project management.
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis.
- At least 3 years of experience in Open Area elements (e.g., Government, Education, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Experience with building, leading, and driving high-performing teams.
- Experience with training and mentoring colleagues and partners on analytical activities.
- Experience with cloud marketing.
- Ability to drive influence in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, partnership management, and authority skills.
