Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our AI/ML Development team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in developing innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You'll work closely with our team of experts to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models that transform industries and improve lives.
Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Implementing algorithms and assessment strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
- Deep-dive failure evaluation and sample mining to identify areas for improvement
- Developing interpretation strategies for deep learning models to drive actionable insights
- Producing and presenting significant data insights with visualizations to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Using intensive statistical analysis and big data analysis to drive actionable insights for customers
- Evaluating potential features based on customer needs to inform internal improvements
- Providing quantitative analysis of real-world trends and actual customer data to understand product performance
- Creating mathematical models to predict outcomes and inform strategic business decisions
- Capturing and analyzing real customer feedback on shipped products to inform future product development and roadmaps
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in data science, AI/ML development, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Julia
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Strong understanding of computer vision and natural language processing
