Key Responsibilities
The Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for:
- Executing medical services procedures and driving patient wellness results
- Executing patient intervention pharmacy programs and ensuring consistency of clinical pharmacy services
- Driving pharmacy financial performance by executing on pharmacy projects to increase reimbursements while improving patient wellness results
- Processing prescriptions from a remote setting
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clinical networks in assigned regions and serving as a representative and contact of the organization
- Providing informed guidance and support to other pharmacists and field leaders
- Staying up-to-date with current knowledge of the pharmacy industry and maintaining required licensure
Work Liabilities
The Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for:
- Carrying out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects
- Driving consistency and quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-designing processes; monitoring and analyzing results; and implementing changes
- Driving local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies to organizational financial objectives
- Upholding efforts to improve patient experience by focusing on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication management, drug treatment reviews, and retail, clinical, or wellness services, such as vaccinations, disease management, and Specialty programs)
- Providing expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leaders
- Conducting data and clinical audits and making necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and propriety of medications
- Reviewing patient records and profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment
- Providing individualized patient/supplier counseling
- Through the use of exceptional interpersonal skills, winning the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy concerns
- Providing feedback on the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program, including comments from patients as the value of individual counseling
- Being accountable for all inquiries, discussions, and issues directly related to patient treatment
- Providing clinical interviews and information to patients, physicians, and insurance plans on a case-by-case basis
- Performing other work related to the job duties in this document as assigned by management
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
The Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist must possess:
- A current pharmacist license as allowed by the relevant state licensing authority
- Experience in promoting colleagues to research and resolve issues
- Experience working with confidential information
- Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends
- Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and following details and meeting time constraints of multiple tasks with varying completion dates
- Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal oversight, relying on oneself to complete targets and determining when acceleration of issues is necessary
- Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

- Ability to obtain other state pharmacy licenses if necessary
- Knowledge of insurance plans

- Basic level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, choosing font type and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, choosing cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a column, choosing a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting borders, choosing page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets)
- Basic level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding outline level, adding, focusing, and modifying text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view, or running a slide show)
- Basic level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, choosing font type and size, changing margins and column width, formatting, inserting objects, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review, or printing capabilities)
