As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be part of our partner association within the Financial Planning Systems space. This role will require a mix of financial and IT experience, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders to drive business outcomes. You'll be responsible for supporting and developing financial systems applications, as well as serving as an internal advisor to help identify automation opportunities and develop solutions.
**What you'll do**
* Uphold the Hyperion planning application, ensuring accurate and timely financial data
* Approve data from Hyperion Financial Management and regulatory bodies
* Investigate and resolve issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions
* Maintain system upkeep, including client permissions and access
* Support clients with system issues, existing reports, forms, and models
* Assist with the preparation of detailed scenarios and analytical results examinations on complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses
* Facilitate and complete monthly headcount process using Hyperion
* Refresh Hyperion Planning with order changes, coordinating progressive system changes with regulators and GL organization
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine reporting business requirements and propose effective solutions
* Develop Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, and estimating and planning models for Financial divisions
**All you'll need for success**
* Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or related field
+ 2 years of work experience in a financial role, including experience with financial summaries, financial modeling, and analysis
+ Strong IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and complex and social database structures
* Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience using Hyperion, including development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning)
+ Skills, Licenses, and Certifications:
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in the use of scientific methodologies related to financial issues
- Ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data
- Meticulous with a focus on precision and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
