Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Agent at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email. Your goal will be to provide exceptional support, resolve issues efficiently, and create raving fans for our brand. Here are some key responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior support agents as needed
- Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions to customers
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and resolve issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements and Qualifications
