**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Document Controller | Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing and interpreting 401k statements to extract relevant data with high precision
* Entering and maintaining data in a new database with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
* Leveraging Google Docs for data entry and record management, ensuring seamless integration with our proprietary in-house database and PDFs
* Communicating effectively with the team via Slack or similar chat platforms, providing timely updates and ensuring seamless collaboration
* Handling 7-10 documents on a daily basis, with a 24-hour turnaround on processing forms, ensuring timely and efficient document processing
* Providing assistance with reporting needs as required, utilizing your analytical skills to extract insights and trends from data
* Navigating complex documents comfortably and efficiently, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
* Working flexibly with the ability to connect on East Coast time, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the team
* Utilizing a proprietary in-house database and PDFs for data handling and management, ensuring seamless integration and efficient data processing
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry, with a proven track record of data entry and document management
* Proven proficiency in 401k - RRSP Administration, with a deep understanding of the financial services industry
* Demonstrated skills in data entry with a high level of accuracy, utilizing tools such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong experience in document control, including organizing, storing, and managing documents, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with a focus on data analysis and reporting
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a focus on self-motivation and accountability
**Nice-to-haves**
While not required, the following skills and experience would be beneficial in this role:
* Experience with proprietary in-house databases and PDFs
* Familiarity with cloud-based document management systems
