About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team, participating in various projects with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Recruiting area, identifying potential candidates, and proposing new alternatives to improve our processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches, utilizing your excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates, demonstrating your proactivity and creativity in improving our recruitment processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area, contributing to the continuous growth and development of our team.
- Manage notices in different job portals, evaluating candidates that apply to them, and ensuring that our recruitment processes are efficient and effective.
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open, utilizing your advanced English level and excellent communication skills.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proactivity and ability to work in a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and mutual support.
- Marked attention to detail in daily work, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- 1+ previous work experience in a related field, although this is not essential, it is considered a plus.
- Advanced English level, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
