Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Data Entry Clerk to support our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. The successful candidate will be responsible for studying and learning our PLM system, transferring data from scanned documentation to spreadsheets, reviewing existing data for accuracy and completeness, and participating in meetings with management to provide status updates. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition to full-time after 3-6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study and learn our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system to ensure accurate and efficient data entry
• Transfer data from scanned documentation to spreadsheets in preparation for loading into the PLM system
• Review existing data in the PLM system to verify accuracy and completeness, and update accordingly
• Participate in meetings with management to provide status updates and ensure effective communication
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to both peers and management
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Knowledge and experience with engineering-related types of drawings and documentation
• Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter is a plus, but not required
