**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat Operations, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert-level support to our clients and their customers
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is a bonus!)
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to support
**Requirements**
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (as needed)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
