About the Role
We are looking for a talented and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with our products and services. This role is available on a full-time basis and offers a competitive hourly rate of $23 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Convey an elevated degree of client care on each communication, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their interaction with our company.
- Own the relationship from the principal client contact until goal in an omni-channel climate, providing seamless and efficient support to our customers.
- Handle warranty-based returns for home charging results with clients and backing groups, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Provide troubleshooting and client care to mobile application and account management for Tesla charging items, helping customers to get the most out of our products and services.
- Assist Solar/PV crisis lines when required, providing critical support to our customers during emergency situations.
- Accomplish assumptions on all Key Performance Indicators, month to month, quarterly, and bi-annually, ensuring that our high standards of customer service are consistently met.
- Accomplishing Tesla's norms of astounding client correspondence, backing, and schooling, upholding our commitment to excellence in customer service.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- A minimum of 60 days of experience handling calls for Energy Technical Support or identical experience, demonstrating your ability to provide technical support and resolve complex issues.
- A strong understanding of electrical concepts, such as wiring, voltage, frequency moving, LRA versus RLA, DCAC - DCDC - ACDC conversions, and other relevant technical knowledge.
- Familiarity with telemetry data, including periscope diagramming and basic data mining, enabling you to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with setup investigation and change, including telescope, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Knowledge of availability and networking, including associating with client organizations, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Account organization skills, including carport, toolkit, password help, dispatching, item substitution, record updates, and rectifications, ensuring that customer accounts are accurately managed and maintained.
- Decisive reasoning skills, including the ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify patterns, and develop effective solutions.

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional customer service and support.
